About the Workshop:
Explore principles and approaches to caring for young people and their families and the role that pastoral care plays in fostering the spiritual growth of young people; share resources; and, develop skills for building your congregation’s capacity to foster the faith of young people through pastoral care, to know its limitations, and to recognize when professional resources are needed. The day will include information on mental health needs.
One Faith Formation Workshop is required for completion of the Basic Certificate in Children’s and Youth Ministry.
