Renison University College is a founding member of the Canadian Language Council (now Languages Canada) , established in 1980. At the English Language Institute, we offer a number of ESL programs that teach communication skills to students whose first language is not English. At the same time, we offer courses in 2nd language education that are of interest to prospective teachers and those already in the field.
Undergraduate students at the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University are eligible to take courses that count for credit towards their degrees. Graduate students are welcome to take these classes too.
