Applied Language Studies is administered by Renison’s English Language Institute in cooperation with the following participating UW Departments and Disciplines:
There are two different academic plans open to students participating in Applied Language Studies:
1) the Option for current UW students and
2) the Diploma for non- or post-degree students.

APPLS 205R: Second Language Acquisition - fall terms
APPLS 301R: Language Didactics - fall terms
APPLS 304R: The Theoretical Foundation of teaching English as a Second Language - winter terms
APPLS 306R: Second Language Assessment and Testing - winter terms
