Cancellation Policy Once a term has begun, you can withdraw from a course up until the end of the FIRST week of classes and be refunded 90% of your total tuition. After this date, refunds will not be issued.

Conversational Japanese Level 1
Prerequisite: none

Join us for an introduction to the Japanese language. This course will assist you in developing basic listening and speaking skills.

Conversational Japanese Level 2
Prerequisite: Conversational Japanese Level 1 or equivalent
Course code: JP 002
This course is designed for those who have some knowledge of Japanese language but less confidence in speaking. We will focus on pronunciation and useful expressions in a real-life setting.

Conversational Japanese Level 3
Prerequisite: Conversational Japanese Level 2 or equivalent
Course code: JP 003
The focus of this course is to produce simple statements and questions using basic grammar structures and pronunciation guidelines. By the end of this course, you will carry on simple everyday communication in Japanese. The Kanji writing system will be introduced.

Course code: J 004
Students continue to develop their langauge skills with an increased emphasis on spoken Japanese. Students work on improving grammatical accuracy and vocabulary development while acquiring more knowledge of the Japanese culture. The Kanji writing system is further explored with the introduction of 100 additional characters.
